Movement breaks and stretching
Music-paced movement break — article adaptation
1 round · about 4 min each
Inspired by NYT reporting: https://www.nytimes.com/2026/02/24/well/move/cardio-dance-workout.html . Our short no-jumping selection uses simple steps, not the article's choreography or copyrighted music. Marching replaces one-arm jumping jacks; side steps replace box steps. Our selections, targets and timing are draft adaptations, not a reproduction, treatment plan, reviewed dose or publisher endorsement.
