Jump-rope starter intervals — article adaptation
1 round · about 6 min each
Inspired by NYT reporting: https://www.nytimes.com/2026/05/27/well/move/beginner-jump-rope-workout.html . One six-station cycle; basic bounce replaces stagger and twister jumps, regular squat replaces sumo squat; jog jump omitted. Recovery is explicit and timed manually. Our selections, targets and timing are draft adaptations, not a reproduction, treatment plan, reviewed dose or publisher endorsement.
