1 round · about 6 min each
Inspired by NYT reporting: https://www.nytimes.com/2026/05/09/well/move/shoulder-pain-exercises.html . General movement only, not pain prevention or rehabilitation. Shortened selection replaces overhead reach, book openers and bent-over row; omits external rotations, scaption, reverse fly and prone Y work. Our selections, targets and timing are draft adaptations, not a reproduction, treatment plan, reviewed dose or publisher endorsement.
